Drug addiction is the stigma of extreme drug abuse, and emotionally disturbed individuals under adverse environmental conditions are susceptible to drug abuse. Drug abuse maybe temporary, periodic or chronic. Sporadic and self-limited drug abuse is perhaps not harmful, but what is disturbing is the intermittent abuse of mood altering drug which led to the development of a craving need for psychic dependence that lead to compulsive drug abuse and physical dependence.Among the worst are abusers of narcotic drugs. There are Rehabilitation centers like the Tennessee Drug Rehab that have complete facilities for treatment of different kind of drug addiction. In treating patients there is a process called Drug Detox where the patient is medically supervised while undergoing drug withdrawal from the body, which is the first step in drug addiction treatment.
Alcoholic individuals are people who drink alcohol to relieve tensions, inadequacy, guilt feelings, timidity and inarticulateness. As the alcohol reaches the brain, the drinker loses many inhibitions, becomes talkative, talks unsteadily, fumbles and loses control of emotions.
Alcohol Rehab is the treatment center for alcoholics, that help them fight their addictions to alcohol same with drug addiction. Residential Drug Rehab is the facility for the patients who have finished undergoing drug detox and going on the final stage of treatment, where patients can inter act with other patients and share their experience as an alcoholic or drug user, and to release the tension they been hiding for themselves.
